fa بررسی شیوع لیشمانیوز جلدی در شهرستان پاکدشت در سال1391 مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div style="text-align: right"><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه و هدف</span>: بیماری لیشمانیوز جلدی یکی از معضلات بهداشتی در مناطق گرمسیری و نیمه گرمسیری از جمله کشور ایران می باشد. از این رو بررسی شیوع و شناسایی کانون های جدید این بیماری در مناطق مختلف ایران امری ضروری می نماید. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شیوع بیماری لیشمانیوز جلدی در شهرستان پاکدشت در سال 1391 انجام گرفت. <br></div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">روش کار</span>: مطالعه حاضر بر روی 32 بیمار مبتلا به لیشمانیوز جلدی (خشک و مرطوب) مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی موجود در شهرستان پاکدشت در سال 1391 انجام شد. به منظور بررسی بیماری، پارامتر هایی همچون ماه های بروز در سال مورد مطالعه، سابقه مسافرت بیماران به مناطق آلوده در طی مدت زمان قبل از بروز بیماری، شغل، سن، جنس، محل آناتومیک ضایعه در بدن بیماران، تعداد زخم، جنس و نوع ضایعه از لحاظ مرطوب، خشک مد نظر قرار گرفت. <br></div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">نتایج</span>: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش بیشترین میزان ابتلا در ماه های مهر ( 15/53 درصد) و شهریور (75/18 درصد) دیده شد. اکثر بیماران سابقه مسافرت به مناطق آلوده را داشته اند، بطوریکه که 75/43 درصد بیماران سابقه مسافرت به سبزوار را طی مدت زمان قبل از بروز بیماری داشتند. بیشترین تعداد مبتلایان به لیشمانیوز جلدی زنان خانه دار (34 درصد)، کودکان (87/21 درصد) و رانندگان (6/15 درصد) بودند. و همچنین 62/90 درصد ضایعات معاینه شده از نوع مرطوب بود..<span style="font-weight: bold"> </span><br><span style="font-weight: bold"></span></div><div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه گیری</span>: با توجه به نتایج حاصله به نظر می رسد که شهرستان پاکدشت کانون بیماری لیشمانیوز جلدی نبوده و بیماری در طی مسافرت بیماران به شهرهای کانون بیماری همچون سبزوار صورت گرفته است.</div></div> <div style="text-align: left"><div style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Background and Objectives</span>: Cutaneous Leishmaniasis disease is one of the health problems in tropic and semi tropic regions like Iran. So therefore, this is so necessary to study the prevalence and identify the new focus of this disease in different region of Iran. This study was conducted to survey prevalence of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis in Pakdasht County in 2012. <span style="font-weight: bold"></span><br><span style="font-weight: bold"></span></div><div style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Methods</span>: In the present study, 32 Cutaneous Leishmaniasis's patients (dry and moisture) that look up to pakdasht center of health service were investigated in 2012. For studding this disease, some parameters were noticed such as outbreak months, history of Patients tripe to the polluted area before outbreak of disease, job, the anatomic local of sore in patient's body, the number of sores, sex and type of sore (dry and moisture). <span style="font-weight: bold"></span><br><span style="font-weight: bold"></span></div><div style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-weight: bold">Results</span>: Based on the result of this survey, majority rate of affection in September was 53.15% and in August was 18.75% .Most of the patients have a historical trip to the polluted area, As 43.75% of patients, before illness outbreak, have a historical trip to the polluted area.
