fa بررسی حمایت اجتماعی والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی مادرزادی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک امام خمینی همدان در سال 1399 Evaluation of Social Support for Parents of Children with Congenital Heart Disease Referred to Imam Khomeini Clinic at Hamadan City, 2021 سایر Other مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238) none repeat scroll 0% 0%; border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: بیماری‌های قلبی مادرزادی، از شایع‌ترین ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی کودکان است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی حمایت اجتماعی در والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی مادرزادی بود. مواد و روش‌‌ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش ۲۰۰ نفر والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی مادرزادی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک امام خمینی همدان در سال ۱۳۹۹ بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و با استفاده از پرسش نامه ی اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش نامه ی حمایت اجتماعی Zimat انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی کل حمایت اجتماعی (۵/۶۱ ± ۴۱/۰۴) بود و بیشترین حمایت اجتماعی (۲/۲۳ ± ۱۵/۷۱) مربوط به بعد خانواده و کم‌ترین حمایت اجتماعی نیز با میانگین (۲/۳۹ ± ۱۲/۱۷) مربوط به بعد دوستان بود. نتایج نشان‌ داد که میانگین نمره‌ی کلی حمایت اجتماعی بر حسب تمامی متغیرهای دموگرافیک والدین به استثنای شغل مادر، دارای اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری بود (۰/۰۵ > P). نتیجه‌گیری: حمایت اجتماعی ابزاری است که باعث ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی می‌شود، بنابراین تدوین برنامه‌ی جامع مراقبتی از این بیماران به همراه افزایش حمایت اجتماعی والدین‌شان پیشنهاد می‌گردد. <div style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238) none repeat scroll 0% 0%; border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Congenital heart disease is one of the most common congenital anomalies in children. The purpose of this study was the evaluation of social support in parents of children with congenital heart disease. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study. The study population included 200 parents of children with congenital heart disease who referred to Imam Khomeini Clinic in Hamedan in 2020 via available sampling method and using the demographic information questionnaire, social support questionnaire Zimat. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean and standard deviation of the total score of social support 41.4 ± 5.61. The highest social support 15.71 ± 2.23 was related to the family dimension and the lowest social support 12.17 ± 2.39 was related to the dimension of friends. The results of this study showed that the average total score of social support in terms of all demographic variables of parents except maternal occupation has a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).
