سابقه و هدف: هدف پژوهش، تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش کنترل تکانه و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر تکانشگری بی‌برنامگی، حرکتی و شناختی دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال نامنظم خلقی اخلال‌گرانه بود.
مواد و روش‌‌ها: پژوهش حاضر، نیمه تجربی با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه شاهد می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دختران مبتلا به اختلال نامنظم خلقی اخلال‌گرانه بود که بعد از تشخیص اختلال با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در هر گروه، ۷ مراجعه‌کننده قرار داده شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری شامل مصاحبه‌ی بالینی بر اساس DSM-۵ و مقیاس تکانشگری بارت (BIS-۱۱) بود. در حالی که در این مدت گروه شاهد هیچ مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکردند. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین‌های نمرات خرده مقیاس‌های تکانشگری گروه آزمایشی، کنترل تکانه و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی با گروه شاهد، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (۰/۰۰۱ > Pبین میانگین‌های نمرات خرده مقیاس‌های تکانشگری گروه آزمایشی کنترل تکانه و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (۰/۰۰۱ > P).
نتیجه‌گیری: در حوزه‌ی درمان و زمینه‌ی کار با افرادی که در حالت بحران و تکانشگری به سر می‌برند، کنترل تکانه و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی با توجه به ماهیت آن، بسیار کارآ و نویدبخش به نظر می‌رسد.
