وضعیت رفتارهای تغذیهای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بین زنان باردار شهر تبریز: یک مطالعه مقطعی
Nutritional behaviors status and its related factors among pregnant women in Tabriz: A cross-sectional study

<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> دوران بارداری یکی از مهمترین و پرخطرترین دوران زندگی مادر و جنین است و تغذیه این دوران سلامت مادر و جنین را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین وضعیت رفتارهای تغذیهای و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بین زنان باردار شهر تبریز انجام گردید.</span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی_تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بود که در بین 380 زن باردار مراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر تبریز که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شده بودند، در سال 1393 انجام گردید. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مشتمل بر پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتار تغذیه ای بود. دادهها در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 20 و با استفاده از آزمونهای تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و رگرسیون خطی تحلیل گردید. </span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که میزان مصرف گروه نان و غلات، گوشت و حبوبات، میوهها و سبزیجات به ترتیب در بین 45/5 درصد، 26/8 درصد، 44/7 درصد و 29/5 درصد از زنان باردار با مقادیر توصیه شده مطابقت داشت. همچنین در 57/5 درصد افراد مصرف شیر و لبنیات در حد مطلوب گزارش شده بود. در اکثر افراد مصرف قرص اسید فولیک (90 درصد)، آهن (82/5 درصد) و مولتیویتامین (78/2 درصد) در حد مطلوب گزارش گردید. سطح تحصیلات و نمایه توده بدنی زنان باردار از فاکتورهای پیشبینی کننده رفتار تغذیهای بودند (0/05>P).</span></span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><b>نتیجه گیری: </b>طبق یافتههای به دست آمده از مطالعه، طراحی مداخلات آموزشی با در نظر گرفتن موانع رفتاری جهت ارتقاء رفتارهای تغذیهای سالم در بین زنان باردار ضروری است.</span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Introduction: </b>Pregnancy is one of the most important and dangerous life periods of the mother and fetus and feeding in this term will affect the health of them. This study aims to determine the nutritional behaviors status and its related factors among pregnant women in Tabriz.</span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Methods: </b>This cross-sectional descriptive study applied cluster sampling method to select 380 pregnant women referred to health centers in Tabriz in 2014. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire with items on the standard nutrition behavior questionnaire. Independent t-tent, ANOVA and liner regression analyses were performed to analyze the data in SPSS-20.</span></p>
<p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Results: </b>According to the results, Bread and cereals, meat and beans, fruits, and vegetables consumption were matched with recommended levels in 45.5%, 26.8%, and 44.7%, and 29.5% of the subjects, respectively. Milk and dairy consumption, also, was reported in 57.5 percent of pregnant women in satisfactory condition. The majority of those taking folic acid pills (90%), iron (82.9%) and multivitamin tablets (78.2%) were reported in satisfactory condition. Education level and body mass index were the most considerable predictors of the nutritional behavior among pregnant women (P<0.05).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12px;"><b>Conclusion: </b>Based on our findings, designing educational interventions with considering behavioral barriers is necessary to promote healthy nutritional behaviors in pregnant women.</span></p>
