fa میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران در بخش های رادیولوژی بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر همدان از دیدگاه بیماران و پرسنل در سال 1394 سایر Other مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بیمارستان ها و مراکز آموزشی درمانی وظیفه بهبود ارائه خدمات و افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران را دارند. به علت ضرورت رعایت این اصول، پژوهش حاضر جهت تعیین میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران در بخش های رادیولوژی بیمارستان های آموزشی همدان در سال 1394 اجرا شد.</span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی_تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بود، که روی 130 بیمار که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و تمام پرسنل رادیولوژی در بیمارستان های آموزشی همدان در سال 1394 انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. داده ها بوسیله فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و 19 سوال بلی/خیر برای بیماران و 27 سوال 4 گزینه ای برای پرسنل که بر اساس منشور حقوق بیمار (1388) طراحی و روایی و پایایی آنها تایید شده بود گردآوری شد. داده ها با آزمون های T مستقل، کای اسکوئر و تحلیل واریانس و با نرم افزار SPSS-16 تحلیل شد.</span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> طبق نتایج رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار با میانگین 4/06&plusmn;51/32 متوسط بود. احترام به بیمار و عدم تبعیض بیشترین و رسیدگی به شکایات به کمترین میزان رعایت شده بود. بین جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سابقه کار و رتبه شغلی در پرسنل و جنسیت و تحصیلات در بیماران و نظرات آنان در مورد رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05>P).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>بر اساس نظرات پرسنل و بیماران منشور حقوق بیمار در حد کافی رعایت نمی شود. لذا توصیه می شود بررسی های لازم جهت تعیین موانع و تا حد امکان رفع آن ها صورت گیرد.</span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><b>Introduction: </b>Hospitals and health centers have a duty to improve service delivery and increase patient satisfaction. Due to the necessity of observing these principles, the present study was conducted to evaluate the observance of patient&rsquo;s rights in radiology wards of teaching hospitals of Hamadan in 2015.</span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><b>Methods: </b>This descriptive/analytical cross-sectional study was conducted on 130 patients selected by the available sampling from all personnel of radiology wards of educational hospitals of Hamadan in 2015. The data were collected by the demographic information form and 19 questions of yes/no and 27 four-choice questions for the personnel which their validity and reliability were confirmed by the patient&rsquo;s right charter (1999). The data were analyzed by independent t-test, Chi-square and Analysis of variance tests using SPSS-19. </span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><b>Results: </b>The findings showed that the mean of the observance of patients&rsquo; rights was 51.32&plusmn;4.06 (moderate). Respect to patients and nondiscrimination and taking care of complaints were observed, respectively, the most and least. There was not a significant relationship (P>0.05) between sex, marital status, work experience and job rating in personnel and sex and level of education in patients and their views on the observance of the patient&rsquo;s right charter.</span></span></p> <p align="JUSTIFY" dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><b>Conclusion: </b>From the perspective of the personnel and patients , patients&rsquo; rights are not fully respected.
