Limited research has also examined each specific aspect of this issue, and there is little research to match all aspects of the issue. Economic components affect the health of children. Materials and Methods: In this structured review, all studies conducted within the country during the years 2006 to 2006 using the keywords economics, children, children's economics and the impact of economics from internal and external databases were reviewed and data were analyzed using the method. The meta-analysis was performed; the selected articles were collected according to inclusion criteria and finally were examined more closely. Results: After searching the databases and extracting a large number of articles by title and abstract, 160 articles were reviewed and finally 11 articles were reviewed. Finally, the impact of economics on factors related to nutrition, mortality, motor skill, growth, IQ, dental health, accidents and mental health of children were discussed. Conclusion: Recent studies have shown that all components of child health are related to the economic level of parents, especially mothers. Therefore, it seems necessary to implement educational programs for proper nutrition, accident prevention, dental health and psychological interventions in children from families with low socioeconomic status. 538 Basic Sciences The Relationship between Pain Score and Its Effective Indices in Neonatal Endotracheal Open Suction under Ventilator Khazaei Mehdi e Hoseini Mehri f Khalili Marziyeh g e Nursing Student, Student Research Committee, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Hamadan, Iran f Midwifery expert, Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, Yasuj, Iran g Masters of Pediatric Nursing, Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, Yasuj, Iran 1 4 2020 18 3 10 15 05 11 2019 27 12 2019 Background and Objective: Although suction is an important nursing intervention in neonates under ventilation, it can lead to complications such as pain, respiratory distress, hypoxemia, bronchospasm and hospital infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pain score and its effective indices in neonatal endotracheal open suction under ventilator in the neonatal intensive care unit of Hamadan hospitals. Materials and Methods: This descriptive correlational study was performed on 120 preterm infants under ventilation in Neonatal intensive care unit of Hamadan hospitals. First, 5 minutes before the patient suction, the respiratory rate and oxygen saturation of the neonatal arterial blood were recorded by the researcher in three shifts based on the findings of the direct monitoring of the infant. During and 5 minutes after suction, the respiratory rate and oxygen saturation index was re-recorded. Data were analyzed using descriptive and regression tests. Results: According on the results of the applied linear regression model, there was a statistically significant relationship between the pressure of the suction device, the duration of suction and the number of suctions with the pain score(P =0.000) but there was no statistically significant relationship between the size of the suction catheter and the pain score (P =0.235). Conclusion: Endotracheal open suction in premature infants can greatly affect the number of respiration and oxygen saturation in the arterial blood and increase the pain score in these infants. 591 Rehabilitation The Study of Perception and Expression of Nouns and Reliability of Two Visual Comprehension and Expression of Nouns Tests in Mild-Moderate Hearing Loss Children Rezaei Bahareh h Rezaei Mohammad i h Assistant Professor, Department of Speech Therapy, Faculty of Rehabilitation, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Hamadan, Iran i Assistant Professor, Department of Speech Therapy, Faculty of Rehabilitation, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Hamadan, Iran 1 4 2020 18 3 16 23 30 03 2020 08 05 2020 Background and Objective: Children with hearing loss demonstrate cognitive, communication, speech and language deficits. Poor organization in mental lexicon and reduction in vocabulary are the obvious consequences of hearing loss. Two picture-pointing and picture-naming tests were used in this study. For the sake of test-retest reliability, 10 evaluated two times with one day time interval. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between mean scores of perception and expression (P=0.001, r=0.679). Mean scores of girls and boys was not statistically different. Findings about test-retest reliability show that, these two tests have optimal reliability. Conclusion: Descriptive statistics of the mild-moderate hearing loss children can be part of normative data alongside other findings of other cities of Iran.
