سابقه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مرور سیستماتیک و فراتحلیل به بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات درمانی بر بهبود عملکرد کودکان و نوجوانان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش‌فعالی از نوع کم‌توجهی غالب پرداخت.
مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش از نوع مرور سیستماتیک و فراتحلیل بوده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل رساله‌های دکتری و پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و مقالات منتشرشده در مجلات علمی - پژوهشی داخل و خارج از ایران بوده است. به‌علت تحقیقات کمی که در این باره انجام شده بود، تحقیقات از سال ۱۹۸۴ - ۲۰۲۴ با موضوع اثربخشی مداخلات درمانی بر بهبود عملکرد کودکان و نوجوانان دارای اختلال نقص‌توجه / بیش‌فعالی از نوع کم‌توجهی غالب جمع‌آوری شد. از‌این‌میان، ۱۸۷ مقاله جمع‌آوری شد که درنهایت ۹ پژوهش که ازنظر روش‌شناختی مورد قبول بود، بررسی نهایی شد. در روش مرور سیستماتیک و مطابق با دستورالعمل پریزما و در روش فراتحلیل، از ابزار چک‌لیست وارسی فراتحلیل استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها بیانگر آن بوده است که مداخلات مرتبط با درمان کودکان کم‌توجه شامل بازی‌درمانی، یوگا، درمان آموزش شناختی، نوروفیدبک، دارودرمانی و استفاده از بسته‌های واقعیت مجازی بر بهبود علائم این گروه از کودکان و نوجوانان اثربخش بوده است. اگرچه استفاده از روش ویتامین‌درمانی در دارودرمانی باعث کاهش علائم نقص‌توجه می‌شود، ولی باعث آسیب به کبد افراد تشخیص داده شد. بیشترین اندازه‌ی اثر به پژوهش رشیدی و همکاران (۱۴۰۰) و کمترین اندازه‌ی اثر به روبرت و همکاران (۱۹۸۴) مربوط به ویتامین‌درمانی اختصاص داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد طراحی و روایی‌سنجی بسته‌ی نرم‌افزاری مبتنی بر واقعیت مجازی با تصاویر حقیقی بر بهبود علائم کودکان نقص‌توجه / بیش‌فعالی از نوع کم‌توجهی غالب مؤثر است؛ بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد که به این روش به‌مثابه‌ی روشی مناسب برای بهبود علائم اختلال نقص‌توجه در مدارس و کلینیک‌های درمانی می‌توان توجه کرد.
