چکیده: (585 مشاهده)
سابقه و هدف: کودکان یکی از گروه های آسیب پذیر جامعه در دوران پاندمی کووید-۱۹ بوده اند. اگرچه کودکان در مقایسه با بزرگسالان کمتر شکل شدیدی از بیماری را نشان داده‌اند، اما ناآگاهی و ترس از این بیماری منجر به بروز مشکلات جدی مانند اختلال اضطرابی، افسردگی و استرس پس از آسیب شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین وضعیت اختلالات اضطرابی در کودکان ۱۲-۶ سال بعد از دوران پاندمی کوید ۱۹، در شهر گرگان است.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی بوده است که با مشارکت ۴۹۰ نفر بیمار مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان طالقانی و دو مطب خصوصی از متخصصین اطفال گرگان انجام پذیرفته است. داده‌های مطالعه با استفاده از مقیاس استاندارد اضطراب کودکان اسپنس (SCAS) جمع‌آوری شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۱۸ و آزمون تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شده‌اند. سطح معناداری کمتر از ۰/۰۵ در نظر گرفته شده است.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی کودکان ۱/۵۱±۸/۷۲ سال بوده‌اند و ۲۵۷ (۵۲/۴ درصد) نفر از آن‌ها پسر بوده‌اند. میانگین نمره اضطراب ۱۲/۰۸±۱۹/۷۸ بوده است. خرده‌مقیاس ترس از آسیب فیزیکی (۳/۰۷±۴/۷۱) و اضطراب جدایی (۳/۶۱±۴/۸۸) دارای بالاترین نمره بین ابعاد اختلال اضطرابی بوده‌اند. دختران نسبت به پسران نمره اضطراب بیشتری داشته‌اند (۰/۰۰۱=p). بین سابقه ابتلا به کووید-۱۹ (۰/۶۸۹=p) و مرگ در اثر کووید (۰/۱۷۶=p) و نمره اضطراب ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده نشده است. درکودکان مقطع پیش‌دبستانی اختلال اضطرابی بالاتری بوده است (۰/۰۵>p). بین سطح تحصیلات پدر و مادر و شغل پدر با نمره کل اضطراب ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود داشته است (۰/۰۵>p). بین شغل مادر و اختلال اضطرابی ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود نداشته است (۰/۱۳۶=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی خانواده دارای نقش بسزایی در اضطراب کودکان است؛ بنابراین، لازم است تا آموزش‌های والدین جهت پیشگیری از ابتلای کودکان به اضطراب، مد نظر سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت قرار گیرد.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی خانواده دارای نقش بسزایی در اضطراب کودکان است؛ بنابراین، لازم است تا آموزش‌های والدین جهت پیشگیری از ابتلای کودکان به اضطراب، مد نظر سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت قرار گیرد.
