سابقه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی بازی‌‌درمانی شناختی و آموزش رایانه‌محور حافظه کاری بر تکانشگری کودکان دارای اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی انجام شده است.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی بوده و به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با پیگیری با گروه گواه انجام شده است. جامعه‌ پژوهش را کلّیه کودکان ۷ تا ۱۲ ساله مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه-بیش‌فعالی شهر فارسان در سال ۱۴۰۲ تشکیل داده‌اند که از بین آن‌ها ۳۰ نفر به‌صورت در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه علائم مرضی کودکان و آزمون عملکرد پیوسته بود. روش تحلیل این پژوهش، تحلیل واریانس با طرح آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی بود که با استفاده از آن روابط متغیّرهای پژوهش بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بازی‌درمانی شناختی و آموزش رایانه‌محور حافظه کاری بر تکانشگری کودکان با اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی تأثیر گذاشته است
(p<۰/۰۱, F=۱۲/۶۳, Eta=۰/۴۹۳)، ولی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی شناختی و آموزش رایانه‌محور حافظه کاری تفاوت معناداری نداشته‌اند و اثر بازی‌درمانی شناختی و آموزش رایانه‌محور حافظه کاری ماندگار بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابر یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش، از هر دو روش مداخله می‌توان به‌منظور کاهش تکانشگری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی بهره برد.
