سابقه و هدف: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر به‌عنوان یک مشکل بهداشتی-اجتماعی در کودکان، نیازمند ابزارهای غربالگری استاندارد است. این مطالعه با هدف نمره‌دهی و هنجاریابی پرسش‌نامه استاندارد گرایش به اعتیاد در کودکان ایرانی انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی-تحلیلی) با مشارکت ۱۵۳۲ دانش‌آموز ایرانی ۱۲ تا ۱۸ ساله انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای (طبقه‌ای-خوشه‌ای-تصادفی ساده) بود و داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ تحلیل شدند. برای هنجاریابی، از سه معیار آماری؛ صدک ۹۵، نمره Z-Score و میانگین ± ۲ انحراف معیار استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نمره‌دهی و هنجاریابی بر اساس معیارهای آماری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد سن (OR=۱/۲۲، p<۰/۰۵)، جنسیت مؤنث (OR=۱/۷۷، p<۰/۰۱)، دوره تحصیلی دوم (OR=۱/۶۳، p<۰/۰۵) و تحصیلات زیر دیپلم والدین؛ پدر (OR=۲/۱۷، p<۰/۰۱) و مادر (OR=۲/۳۵، p<۰/۰۱)، به‌طور معناداری با افزایش گرایش به اعتیاد مرتبط هستند. این نتایج تایید می‌کند که تحصیلات پایین والدین، قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده ریسک اعتیاد است.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه با هدف نمره‌دهی و هنجاریابی پرسش‌نامه استاندارد گرایش به اعتیاد کودکان ایرانی، نشان داد که با استفاده از معیارهای آماری (میانگین ± ۲ انحراف معیار، Z-Score و صدک ۹۵) می‌تواند گروه‌های پرخطر را شناسایی کند. لذا؛ می‌توان این ابزار را به‌عنوان پایه‌ای برای سیاست‌گذاری‌های بهداشت عمومی و برنامه‌های پیشگیری و غربالگری در مدارس و مراکز بهداشتی معرفی نمود. این پرسش‌نامه با ارائه چارچوبی علمی مبتنی بر شواهد جمعیت‌شناختی و روان‌سنجی، امکان غربالگری هدفمند و تدوین راهبردهای کاربردی در حوزه سلامت عمومی ایران را فراهم می‌کند.
