اهداف: کمبود توجه/فزون‌کنشی اثرات منفی بر رفتار کودکان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی آموزش والدین مبتنی بر مدل اطلاعات کلامی فیلد و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر تعامل والد ـ کودک بر کاهش علایم اختلال کودکان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش، کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی گواه شده بود. جامعۀ آماری کودکان 5 تا 6 ساله و مادرانشان در سال 98-1397 بودند. 45 نفر به روش در دسترس گزینش شده و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه مهار جای‌گذاری شدند. برای غربالگری کودکان از پرسش‌نامۀ علایم مرضی کودکان گادو و اسپیرافکین استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌‌ها با روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره با نرم‌افزار 22 SPSS انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش و مهار به لحاظ توجه (103/100=F) تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0/05>p). به‌عبارت دیگر مداخلات مبتنی بر اطلاعات کلامی فیلد و بازی‌های تعاملی بر کاهش علایم این اختلال در مرحله پس‌آزمون موثر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: از پژوهش حاضر نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که آموزش والدین مبتنی بر این دو برنامه می‌توانند به‌عنوان مدخله مؤثر مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
