چکیده: (588 مشاهده)
سابقه و هدف: بدرفتاری با کودکان بحران جهانی است و شامل سوءاستفاده جسمی، جنسی، عاطفی، غفلت و استثمار میشود. کودکان زیر پنج سال، بهویژه در مناطق حاشیهای، آسیبپذیرترین گروه هستند و تجربه بدرفتاری میتواند پیامدهای بلندمدت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی داشته باشد. بنابراین، هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین شیوع انواع بدرفتاری با کودکان دو تا پنج ساله (جسمی، روانی، غفلت، جنسی و استثمار) توسط مادران ساکن در مناطق حاشیهنشین شهر همدان بود.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی با مشارکت ۵۷۰ مادر دارای کودک دو تا پنج ساله ساکن مناطق حاشیهنشین همدان انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه طراحیشده براساس پنج بعد بدرفتاری با کودک، شامل بدرفتاری جسمی، بدرفتاری روانی، غفلت، بدرفتاری جنسی و استثمار جمعآوری شد. روایی ابزار را متخصصان و پایایی را مادران تأیید کردند. نمونهگیری به روش طبقهای و از مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت و پایگاههای سلامت انجام شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که شایعترین نوع بدرفتاری، بدرفتاری جسمی (۷۹/۶ درصد) بود. پس از آن، بدرفتاری روانی (۷۶/۳ درصد)، غفلت (۶۰/۴ درصد)، استثمار (۳۸/۴ درصد) و بدرفتاری جنسی (۲۱/۹ درصد) گزارش شد. همچنین، جنسیت پسر با کاهش احتمال استثمار و قومیت ترک مادر با افزایش آن مرتبط بود. دریافت آموزش مادر تنها عامل محافظتی در برابر بدرفتاری جسمی بود. در بدرفتاری روانی، تحصیلات دیپلم و مشاهده بدرفتاری در اطرافیان با افزایش خطر همراه بودند، درحالیکه آموزش مادر اثر محافظتی داشت.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد بدرفتاری با کودکان در مناطق حاشیهنشین همدان، بهویژه در شکل جسمی و روانی، شیوع زیادی دارد. توجه به عوامل جمعیتشناختی و زمینهای میتواند در پیشگیری از بدرفتاری با کودکان مؤثر باشد. این یافتهها میتواند مبنایی برای مداخلات آموزشی و سیاستگذاریهای حمایتی در مناطق کمبرخوردار قرار گیرد.
