واکاوی و کشف عوامل موثر در تعاملات مثبت والد ـ کودک: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: تعاملات مثبت والد ـ کودک موجبات رشد مهارت‌های‌اجتماعی و تنظیم‌شناختی ـ هیجانی کودکان را فراهم می‌نماید؛ بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش واکاوی عوامل موثر در تعاملات‌ مثبت والد ـ کودک بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر با روش‌ کیفی و رویکرد استقرایی انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل والدین (15 نفر) و متخصصان حوزه کودک و خانواده (3 نفر) شهر اصفهان بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و طبق ملاک‌های ورودی انتخاب شدند. تجارب افراد با ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و داده‌ها با 18 مصاحبه به اشباع رسید. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل‌ مضمون آتراید ـ استرلینگ کدگذاری و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: در مرحله اول کدگذاری، 79 مضمون پایه از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم بر اساس میزان سنخیت مفاهیم به‌دست آمده، تعداد 15 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده انتزاع شد. در مرحله سوم 4 مضمون شامل: فرزندپروری مثبت؛ فرزندپروری مقتدرانه؛ تاب‌آوری؛ تنوع‌ محیطی به‌عنوان مضامین فراگیر مرتبط با عوامل مؤثر در تعاملات مثبت والد ـ کودک شناسایی شدند. اعتبارسنجی داده‌ها با روش بازخورد مشارکت‌کنندگان و روش ‌کدگذاران مستقل صورت گرفت. اعتباریابی مضامین با استفاده از روش گروه‌خبرگان (3 نفر از متخصصان) انجام شد و معیارهای تعیین‌دقت و استحکام داده‌ها مورد بررسی و تایید قرارگرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد، آگاهی‌ والدین از شیوه‌های فرزندپروری، چگونگی استفاده از راهبردهای مقابله‌ای ‌مثبت و اغنای کودکان با افزایش جذابیت‌های‌ محیطی از عوامل مؤثر در بهبود تعاملات والد ـ کودک هستند. از این رو، پیشنهاد می‌شود که این عوامل در تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی والدگری مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
